Audrey McNamara, DDS, MS
As a prosthodontist, with more than 12 years’ experience, Dr. McNamara is pleased to provide the highest standard of treatment in prosthodontics, comprehensive periodontal care and implant surgery to her patients. She is exceptionally skilled in all phases of care, included bone augmentation and regeneration, implant surgery, and aesthetic smile reconstruction. Dr. McNamara utilizes the most advanced technology and techniques when treating her patients.
Her treatment philosophy values preserving natural teeth and regenerating tissues damaged from periodontal disease and when no longer possible to maintain a tooth, offering implants as the gold standard. Although not a periodontist, she offers the full range of periodontal services to maintain a healthy smile such as guided-tissue regeneration, osseous reduction periodontal surgery, gum grafting, cosmetic gum recontouring, crown lengthening and periodontal splinting.
EDUCATION
Dr. McNamara attended the University of British Columbia, Canada for her undergraduate degree in microbiology and immunology and was then accepted by the University of Toronto where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and graduated with honors in the top 10% of her class. Dr. McNamara completed her residency in Prosthodontics at Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester, New York, as well as her Master of Science and MBA degrees within 3 years.
Dr. McNamara has been performing dental surgery since her residency at the University of Rochester, NY and has pursued many continuing education programs to acquire advanced surgical skills in the areas of “All-on-Four”, fixed dentures, dental implant surgeries, bone grafting for compromised bone, IV sedation and more to deliver the best possible outcomes in esthetics and function for your smile.

Dr. McNamara is certified to administer IV conscious sedation.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Dr. McNamara and her husband have four children together. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and cooking.
