Important Information Regarding COVID-19

 

FOR THE CONCERN AND WELL BEING OF PATIENTS AND STAFF, BELOW ARE OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES DUE TO THE MOST RECENT DEVELOPMENTS REGARDING COVID-19.

Upon arrival at our office for your appointment, please remain in your car and call the office.

We have a series of screening questions regarding Covid-19 that will be asked. Once you come into our office, we ask that you wear a mask or face covering. Your temperature will be taken by a staff member.

Before the start of any treatment, patients are asked to rinse, and wash their hands.

Notify us if you have any of the following:

–Fever

–Shortness of breath

–Cough, general fatigue, recent loss of taste or smell

–Tested positive for Covid-19 or been exposed in the last two weeks

For our patients’ protection, we are unable to treat patients who arrive with any of the above symptoms. 

We want to reassure patients, we are following the CDC(Center for Disease Control), ADA(American Dental Association) and TDA (Texas Dental Association) regarding Covid-19 which include:

-Cleaning our environment with products from the EPA’s list of registered surface disinfectant products  

for use against Covid-19.

-Wiping door handles and other common area touch frequently for added cleanliness after each patient.

-Practicing and encouraging social distancing.

It will take all of us, and together we will get through this.
